2. Definitions
- Author: An individual/s who submit a manuscript for consideration or enters into a publishing agreement with Ginninderra Press.
- Work: The manuscript, content, or material submitted by the Author for publication.
- Services: The publishing and editorial services, as well as bespoke marketing services, provided by Ginninderra Press.
- Distribution: Print on demand via a global network and direct orders through the Ginninderra Press website.
- User: Any individual accessing the Ginninderra Press website or utilizing our services, including Authors and potential customers.
3. Submission of Manuscripts
- Original Work: The Author warrants that the submitted Work is their original creation and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
- Acceptance: Ginninderra Press reserves the right to accept, reject, or request modifications to any submitted Work.
- Review Process: Submissions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and acceptance is not guaranteed.
4. Publishing Agreement
- If a Work is accepted for publication, a separate publishing agreement will be executed between the Author and Ginninderra Press. This agreement will outline specific rights, responsibilities, and financial terms.

- Authors are encouraged to engage in their own marketing activities. Ginninderra Press may assist on a fee for service basis.
- We provide a print on demand service via a global retail network and via direct orders through the Ginninderra Press website.
8. User Conduct on Website
- Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts the functionality of the Ginninderra Press website or infringes on the rights of others.
